Guests choose their own hand-cut steak, seafood, or chicken from the butcher shop, then cook it to their liking on one of two 20-foot lava rock grills. The menu spans Prime NY strips, Colorado buffalo, an 18oz bone-in ribeye, bacon-wrapped filets, and Wagyu Kobe, with every entree served alongside bottomless family-style salad and Texas toast.
