Sun Valley Stables offers guided trail rides along mountain meadows and pristine streams on Dollar Mountain, plus scenic wagon rides through the Wood River Valley landscape. One-hour trail rides wind through picturesque terrain with knowledgeable equestrian guides; wagon rides run 45 minutes and fit up to 16 guests. Western horsemanship lessons and training programs are available for beginner to intermediate riders, adults and children. Minimum age for trail rides is 8 years; riders must be at least 52 inches tall with an upper weight limit of 250 lbs. Closed-toe shoes required. Open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.
