The Wood River Museum of History and Culture is a collecting museum operated by The Community Library in Ketchum, presenting interactive rotating exhibits on central Idaho's human and natural history. Visitors encounter five core exhibitions: Shoshone-Bannock Homelands, How in the World Did You Get to Sun Valley?, Portrait of a Mountain, the Cabinet of Wonders artifact collection, and A Writer in New Country: Hemingway in 1939. All exhibits include hands-on, interactive elements. Admission is free and all ages are welcome. Open Tuesday–Saturday 10am–6pm; closed Sunday and Monday.
