Meta Yoga Studios has been Breckenridge's dedicated yoga space since 2010, one block off Main Street with views of the ski runs. Over 30 experienced teachers lead 50-plus classes a week: Align and Flow, Better Back, Deep Hips, Gentle Flow, Power, Restorative, Slow, Vinyasa, and Yin, with hot and not-hot options and indoor or outdoor sessions. The studio also runs 100, 200, and 300 hour teacher trainings, workshops, retreats, and private sessions. Mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets are provided. A sister studio operates in Frisco.
