Alice G. Milne Memorial Park sits in the heart of Breckenridge's historic district and is home to three preserved buildings: the Briggle, Milne, and Eberlein homes. The updated, accessible pocket park features outdoor interpretive signs on each structure, bench seating, a picnic table, and a seasonal flower garden. Eleanor Milne bequeathed the Milne property to the town in 1986, and the tiny Eberlein House, just over 200 square feet, is fondly called Breckenridge's original tiny house. Open year-round during daylight hours, self-guided, with no on-site parking.
