There was some kitchen items the chalet needed and some problems with hot tub but when I called they came and delivered the supplies ! The chalet looks better than the pictures they have a brand new hot tub lid and new cushions on the outdoor furniture this chalet is a good value and we will return again! Arrived is responsive to their guests! Also it doesn't say it on the website but you do get passes to use all the pools and Rec centers at the resort
