Sunny Dunes Retreat

Inside, light pours through tall windows and vaulted ceilings, setting an open, easygoing tone that carries through every level of the home. The great room is built for gathering, with plush seating, warm wood tones, and a fireplace that draws the room together without feeling formal. A separate sitting room offers wraparound views and a quieter pace—ideal for reading, drinks, or catching up with a friend while the rest of the house is still in motion. Downstairs, a media lounge sets the stage for movie nights, while the game nook nearby keeps things light and spontaneous.

Every space feels considered, but nothing about it is stiff.

Each bedroom is styled with intention, pairing soft textures with coastal finishes that feel both current and timeless. The layout offers privacy across three levels, ideal for groups who want to stay close without crowding. Bathrooms and Laundry
Five full bathrooms and a well-placed half bath allow the home to function beautifully, even at full capacity. En suite spaces offer soaking tubs, walk-in showers, and vanities with room to unpack and unwind. Downstairs baths serve the additional sleeping areas with equal attention to detail. A spacious laundry room makes midweek resets simple, with plenty of counter space, a utility sink, and modern machines that keep everything moving behind the scenes.

Out back, the deck unfolds in layers—dining under the pergola, loungers by the pool, quiet conversations near the trees. A fire pit on the porch creates a cozy, all-season gathering spot, perfect for roasting s’mores, late-night talks, or warming up after a dip. An elevated hot tub offers a view just above the treetops, while the pool below stays active from morning swims to golden-hour floats. When the grill is fired up and the music’s low, the whole space hums. Two golf carts make the lake and nearby shops a quick ride away, but most days, everything you need is already right here.
