This home has been newly remodeled and updated. The kitchen now has granite countertops, a new sink with fixtures, and completely refinished cabinets. These renovations make the kitchen a perfect spot for making meals with your family. Throughout the house, you will notice new carpet in the living room and Primary Bedroom, along with new wood-style vinyl flooring throughout a majority of the home.

The Primary Bathroom has been completely updated and remodeled with quartz countertops, heated tile floors, and refinished cabinets. The walk-in shower is now twice the size and a brand new soaking tub has been added to this bathroom, the perfect place to relax after a day at the mountain. The guest bath has also been redone with granite countertops, tile flooring, and updated sinks, toilet, and shower fixtures. The laundry/mudroom has also been completely updated with new flooring, countertops, sink, and refinished cabinets.

Bedroom 1:
The Primary bedroom houses a King bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub and double sinks.

Bedroom 2:
Then you will find another bedroom with a King-sized bed.

Bedroom 3:
The third bedroom has a Queen Bed with Twin Trundle.

Bedroom 4:
In the remaining room, there is a set of twin beds. The twin beds can be pushed together and converted into a king-size bed, making this room very versatile in sleeping arrangements.

- The Primary Bedroom also has an air mattress at the ready for that extra sleeping capacity.

Living:
Two Living Areas, including a Smart TV in the Living Room, with a Soundbar.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes:
This home includes 10 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf

*All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles at homes are to be used at guests' personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use. After you book a reservation, as a security measure for you and our owners, we will be sending you a Verification Request via our partner, Guest Ranger. Please complete it as soon as possible so we can verify your stay. If we cannot verify your stay, we may cancel your reservation.

Booking Channel Guests:
Any time you book with us, but not on our site, for simplicity's sake, we have combined all fees into a single group. That group can include Cleaning, Resort Fee, Card Processing, and Hot Tub maintenance (all when applicable). The Service Fee is the booking site's fee, not ours.
