Obsidian House

Discover a collection of thoughtfully crafted social spaces where comfort meets sophistication. Sunlit living and dining areas flow into a gourmet chef’s kitchen anchored by a striking granite island and wrapped in quartz countertops. Fabuwood semi-custom cabinetry, Café stainless steel appliances, Signature Hardware fixtures, a stylish pot filler, and a generous walk-in pantry turn the kitchen into both a functional workspace and an artful centerpiece. In the living room, plush seating surrounds the modern fireplace, inviting conversations, unhurried meals, and cozy evenings that stretch long into the night.

Upstairs, a bright entertainment loft and flex area add an additional layer of comfort and creativity, styled with warm luxury vinyl plank flooring and board-and-batten accents. Everywhere you turn, the craftsmanship is intentional with cohesive finishes, designer lighting, and refined textures that elevate the home’s warm modern aesthetic.

The 4 thoughtfully designed bedrooms include a serene primary suite with a private walk-out patio, striking accent wall, and a walk-in closet outfitted with its own LG washer and dryer. Two stylish guest rooms provide calm, comfortable spaces for friends or extended family, while the playful bunk room, complete with a charming toy cubby, creates the perfect retreat for little ones.
