One level condo with bikes and gas BBQ for your outdoor enjoyment. The kitchen has upgraded stainless steel appliances. Off the dining area is a private Patio with gas BBQ and outdoor dining. The back deck looks over a common area and the Meadows Golf Course. Just recently added a new 65" Smart LG TV in the living room and all of the rooms are now equipped with Smart TV's. Kick your feet up in front of the stone-faced fireplace and watch your favorite show.
Bedroom 1:
The Primary bedroom houses a King size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private exit to the back porch plus an attached private bathroom.
Bedroom 2:
The second bedroom houses two Twin beds and a smart TV. The two twins can be converted into a King bed upon request. The second full bath is right across the hall.
A Roll Away bed is also included.
Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 6 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill.

We really appreciated the kitchen being equipped and the two outdoor patio areas. Great place to stay for a few days. We will be back! It was our anniversary and the property mgt left a card and a g/c to the Sunriver Brewery, which we used. Very thoughtful!!

Close to everything, short walk to nature center and Sunriver Village Mall. House is one level which is great with our littles and seems so big for only a two bedroom. It was fun to check out the huge pine cones off the back deck.

Great location with views of the great meadow. This spacious condo is light and bright, and less than a 10 min walk to the village. Highly recommend and hope to stay there again.
