The kitchen highlights include high-end wood-and-glass cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. Furnished “upscale cozy” throughout, the spacious living room is drenched in light, as is the dining room, complete with a comfortable wooden dining table. "Smart" Roku TVs are in the main floor living room, in the upstairs loft, and in the finished basement level, which also has a cool common area featuring a couch, stuffed chairs, and a butcher block coffee table.

All of the bedrooms feature top-quality bedding and linens, ensuring a sound sleep and sweet dreams for you and all your guests. The Coastal Cottage can sleep up to 10.

The Coastal Cottage's “Extra Bonus”? A private wooden deck literally on the lake with chaise lounges and a large bistro table. Chardonnay, anyone?

Nearby, there are superb Lake Michigan beaches to check out, and you can also enjoy the many activities afforded by the region’s largest recreational harbor, a short drive south. That means all sorts of water-related rentals of boats, jet skis, canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards, or take a day or night cruise – or fishing excursion – out on glorious Lake Michigan. There are also plenty of hiking and biking trails nearby, through woodlands, dunes, and riverside parks. Hungry or thirsty or just wanting to shop or browse?
