This was our second stay at Our House at the Beach, and my kids and I absolutely love this community. They even call it “the vacation home.” Last time we stayed in the West Tower, and this time in the Lake House — both have been excellent, well‑equipped, and comfortable.
The permanent residents are incredibly friendly, and I honestly couldn’t recommend a more family‑oriented environment. Siesta Key Beach is right across the street, and everything you need for a beach day is already provided. …

Everything was excellent and highly recommend this property!

My husband and I absolutely loved the location! Quiet, dead end street, with a beautiful church next door. Super close to public beach access on Siesta Key Beach. And the village right down the road had great restaurants and shopping, we especially enjoyed Olaf’s ice cream. We will likely book here again.

Great time

The house was very clean and the check in and check out process was easy. I felt like we were deceived because the listing stated we were renting the entire house, with 3 bedrooms but it's not the entire home. The home is split into 2 and there's 2 bedrooms plus the livingroom with the sofa bed. Overall we liked the location but they need to fix the details instead of deceiving people. Also, you only get one parking space and the "private" beach entrance includes all the other condos in the area…

The Palm was great!!! Everything from inside to out was very well maintained and decorated. The location was perfect and left nothing to be desired! Additionally Britney from the property management company was wonderful. We had a small issue and the response was immediate with the issue being resolved within the hour! We will definitely be back next year!
