Hot Lava Bakery & Coffee Co. has been a Sunriver Village tradition since 1973 — more than 50 years of scratch-made donuts, cinnamon rolls, and espresso pulled fresh every morning in Building 17. The menu leans into the bakery's heritage: rotating pastries, empanadas and house-made baked goods sit alongside espresso drinks and drip coffee to fuel a day of skiing, cycling or river fishing. Open daily at 7am, it is the kind of place you build a morning ritual around — grab a bag to go for the slopes or pull up a stool and watch the Village come alive. Weekend hours extend to 4pm, making it a post-adventure afternoon pit stop as well.
