Hank & Sylvie’s at 580 East 4th Street is the valley’s full-service artisan bakery and florist—a warmly decorated shop where freshly baked pastries, made-to-order custom cakes, and hand-cut floral arrangements coexist beautifully. The custom cake program handles everything from birthdays to wedding desserts. Coffee drinks fuel the morning crowd. Open Tuesday–Saturday 8:30am–5pm; closed Sunday and Monday. Custom cake orders require one week notice. A Hailey location also serves the southern valley.
