Open since December 2012, Enoteca anchors downtown Ketchum with its grand wood-fired oven, hand-tossed Neapolitan-style pizzas, and an open kitchen where chefs from Mason Family Provisions turn out asiago pesto meatballs and fresh house-made pasta nightly. The extensive wine and beer list is hand-selected by a knowledgeable team. It's one of the few restaurants in the valley open seven nights a week, making it a reliable post-ski dinner anchor. Reservations via Resy are strongly recommended; the bar's ten seats are walk-in and first come, first served—a great option if you're flexible on timing.
