Named for the clifftop town of Sintra in Portugal, Cafe Sintra has been a Sunriver breakfast and lunch tradition for over 20 years — long enough to qualify as a Village institution. The menu pays tribute to Portuguese cuisine with its bold use of herbs and spices applied to familiar morning favorites: fluffy omelets, golden French toast, and lunch plates that span soup, salad, sandwiches, and rotating specials from 11:30am.
