Sitting on the site of Sunriver's original 1960s eatery, the BaseCamp Grill on Spring River Road has been feeding anglers, golfers and skiers for decades under new ownership since 2016. Single-grind chuck burgers headline a menu built on pride: the Volcano piles on chipotle aioli, the Swiss Alps layers sautéed mushrooms and Swiss, and the LaPineapple tops a teriyaki glaze. House-made corned beef, Deschutes Steak sandwiches, soups, and Tex-Mex sides round out the lineup.
