Rocky Mountain Outfitters operates year-round from the Soldier Hollow base in Midway's Heber Valley, offering horseback riding, fly fishing, and winter snowmobiling. Horseback tours explore rolling hills above the valley on routes from one to 1.5 hours—the Crow's Nest trail is the signature 1.5-hour option. Fly fishing focuses on the Provo River and surrounding streams, one of the premier blue-ribbon trout fisheries in the Intermountain West.
