Founded in summer 2023 by Spence and Stefanie Neubauer, Minturn Whisky Co. is one of Colorado's newest craft distilleries, crafting premium single malt whisky from 100% malted barley and Rocky Mountain snowmelt from the Mount of the Holy Cross Wilderness. The Wee Dram tasting room on Minturn's Main Street is reportedly the smallest whisky tasting room in the U.S. — and quite possibly the coziest. A hidden Beaver Creek Speakeasy, opened in early 2026 behind a sliding fireplace wall in Beaver Creek Village, serves free tastes and handcrafted cocktails from 2pm daily. Two venues, one remarkable spirit.
