About Our Quality Levels
Rest assured that you will have everything you need for the most comfortable stay—no matter which quality level it is. We designed our quality levels to provide transparent information about what you can expect. While each level is guaranteed to provide a high quality stay, the quality builds through the tiers. For example, a Masterpiece stay has a bit more appliances and extra bathroom amenities for the vacation that requires a bit extra. Here we have listed exactly what is included in each level, so that there are no unexpected surprises (except for the good kind, of course.)
